Timothy A. Weaver

Timothy “Tim” A. Weaver has been living and practicing law in the local area for over 24 years. His areas of practice include criminal defense, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, adoptions, social security disability and personal injury.

In addition to 19 years in private practice here in Northwest Florida and founding partner of Weaver, Weaver & Collins, P.A., his experience includes serving as a criminal defense attorney with the Office of the Public Defender. Tim also served as Traffic Court Hearing Officer for Okaloosa County, Florida. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Tim earned his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 1993.

Tim and his wife, Marsha, have been married for over 20 years and have enjoyed raising their family here on the Emerald Coast. Tim has been active in his community and has been a coach to his own children and other children as a volunteer soccer, tennis and baseball coach. In his spare time, Tim enjoys traveling with his family and various outdoor activities. As a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Tim is an avid supporter of Ohio State football and basketball watching or attending every game that he can.

I had an unusual situation with my mortgage. Mr Weaver went out of his way to understand the issues and find a way to resolve them. He went above and beyond in dealing with the mortgage company and their attorneys. He was supportive and kind to us. I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend him and his team for any and all problems.
