Attorney Timothy A. Weaver has been practicing law for over 24 years. His areas of practice include criminal defense, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, adoptions, social security disability and personal injury.
In addition to 19 years in private practice, his experience includes prosecuting cases while in law school in Alabama and then serving as a criminal defense attorney with the Office of the Public Defender. He also served as Traffic Court Hearing Officer for Okaloosa County, Florida.

MARSHA L. WEAVER

Attorney Marsha L. Weaver has been practicing law for over 20 years. Currently, Ms. Weaver is the General Counsel for the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office and she serves as a managing partner at Weaver, Weaver & Collins, P.A.
Ms. Weaver provides legal advice to the firm on family, civil, and criminal law cases. Her experience includes serving as a Magistrate for the First Judicial Circuit, 10 years as a Judicial Staff Attorney and as an Assistant Public Defender.

ROBERT G. COLLINS
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Attorney Robert G. Collins has been practicing law for over 20 years and is a managing partner at Weaver, Weaver, & Collins, P.A. His areas of practice include military law, criminal defense, traffic infractions, civil litigation, summary probate, wills/power of attorney documents, and family law matters.
Mr. Collins’ prior experience includes serving as a former Assistant State Attorney in Dade County, Florida; working in the Office of the Public Defender as the Chief Assistant in Okaloosa County, Felony Supervisor in Escambia County, Misdemeanor Supervisor in Santa Rosa County; and serving as a Military Judge Advocate.
In addition to private practice, he is currently an active member of the U.S. Army Reserve and is branch qualified as a Judge Advocate and Special Forces Officer. He has served on the Holley by the Sea Board of Directors, Navarre Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Community Drug and Alcohol Council Board of Directors, First Circuit Bench/Bar Professionalism Committee, First Circuit Attorney Grievance Committee, and teaches Legal Continuing Education Classes in the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Collins is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #4407 and a perpetual member of Gulf Breeze Masonic Lodge #347.
