Our attorneys are dedicated to working with you through every stage of your divorce or family law matter. So if you are considering filing for divorce or are already a party to a marital dissolution, you want an experienced attorney to protect your interests.  You also want an attorney with a successful track record of helping others with similar cases.

Ms. Weaver offers extensive knowledge and legal experience in areas of marital and family law. Her experience as a former magistrate presiding over post judgment matters in the family law division enables her to provide direct insight on the legal system should the matter proceed to Court.  She is also a Florida Supreme Court certified family (and civil law) mediator.

With more than 29 years of military service, Mr. Collins has an extensive knowledge of the military retirement system. His expertise makes him uniquely qualified to serve our military clients at the highest level.  We offer counsel to military personnel, or their spouses, stationed at any of the military installations in Florida, from Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field to the Pensacola Naval Air Station and Whiting Field.  We recognize that the regular assignments of duty stations while serving in the military can create challenges for families and children. We work closely with our clients to identify and implement creative solutions that are in the best interests of everyone involved.

Challenging times requires experience, comprehensive knowledge of the law, and an understanding of each client’s ultimate goal.  As parents ourselves, we understand the value of spending quality time with your children. We also know that future financial security is an important matter for you and your family. Allow us the opportunity to assist you in meeting the challenges that you are faced with during difficult times.
